FLR (M)- Awaiting decision on Partner's application

Hello Everyone,

My question is pertaining to my application of FLR (M) dependent on my husbands ILR application. He will be applying in October 2012. We have been trying to get an appointment for PEO but have not been able to. In the worst case scenario, if we do send it by post and we have to wait for decision on his application (which could take a long time), what should I do about my visa application as my visa expires on 24th October 2012. My husband cannot apply before 4th October.

I am worried about the time his visa application could take and my visa expiring in the meantime.

Please advice.
