Hi,My situation is uncommon. I am currently employed under tier 2 general and my visa will expire next year may 2013. With this new rules about hospitals needing to be a foundation trust my hospital will demerge from the its current trust and merge with an already foundation trust hospital.
This will happen next year april 2013 just in time for my extension application. what I want to know is who will sponsor my new COS?
I tried asking HR and they are also confused as to what the UK border rules with regards to this.
pls help if you are also in a similar case as mine...
