When UKBA takes action after getting the complaint

Can anyone provide information regarding UKBA taking action against the complaint received? how much time UKBA usually takes to act when all crime evidences are also provided to them?

Can you please be more specific what complain-are we talking about here and what crime are you talking about.

yes, i mean by complaint is when public members make complaints against illegal immigration, like submission of fake documents by any immigrant then what duration of time usually ukba needs for investigation and taking action against that immigrant.

If you report immigration crime UKBA will not tell you of the results of the investigation and what action they may or may not take.

As for the specific time scales i suggest you make a freedom of information request to UKBA via whatdotheyknow or the usual method.

yes i know ukba wont tell anyone what they actually doing, i want to ask do u have any knowledge or information usually in how much duration ukba investigation regarding bad quality educational document or fake invoice etc. completed?? (one month, two months, within weeks etc.)

Make a freedom of information request to UKBA and they will provide you with the details you are asking for.
