Hi All,

Could any body tell me please if the permanent residence card application is approved for a non EU citizen in the event of divorce between the spouses. What stamp would be issued to the applicant ? Stamp 4 OR Stamp 4 EUFam ? and for how long would it be ?

you should get stamp 4 EUFam

and its for 10 yrs

Thanks ali_ireland and IQU for the prompt reply. But i am little confused over 4EUFam, If i am divorced and not a family member of the EU citizen any more, than why 4EUFam would be issued ? Should it not be Stamp 4 only ?

ali_ireland could u tell me please how long the DOJ took to made your decision from the date of your application ?
