Rgarding third party maintainence

hi guys

Iam planning to show £50,000 in my uncle's bank account in India but according to policy guidance paragraph 56 at the end it says

"If you are relying on money held by your husband, wife or partner, they will be regarded as a third party."

that means only husband,wife or partner can be third party or it can be anyone with a declaration that i can use that money.

No, it means family money is viewed as being 3rd party and has to undergo the same treatment as money from such sources. Third parties can be anyone reliable whether related or not.
