Tier4 re-entry problems with new sponsor

Hi, please advise urgently!

I have just finished malvern college in july and my t4 visa is valid till november.
I have got a place in Edinburgh uni that is a highly trusted sponsor.

I am now out of uk and going to arrive on the 10th of sept and apply for a new T4 visa by post.

Van I have problems with re-entry?

They would question you the purpose of this visit as long as you give them a satisfactory answer ie Wanting to start a new course which is a progression from your previous qualification or you already have an offer from a new education provider you should be fine.

Assuming you haven't got any other adverse immigration history on which you maybe further questioned.
