seniors please guide me

I have applied for my tier 2 extension on march 2012 after six months they send my biometric resident permit and my passport today all together. as i was already due for my five years anniversary last month i send my application to HO last week and said to vary my application as my documents were with them now my passports came to me my ILR application is with them what shall i do now???????????
