Family visitor visa query..

Hi everyone.

I have one question that if some one answer me that will be great.
Recently I send all relevant documents to sponser my sister to apply family visa from Lahore pakistan.

Once she went for submission of application at gerry fedex office in lahore. They said just provide all photocipies not original documents.

Luckily she had all the photocopies at that time so Gerry fedex staff took only photocopies plus original application form, passport and pictures.

No single original documents were taken (e.g My Uk original bank statement, uk Payslips, Sponsered letter, Original royail mail certified Passport copies, Original tenancy agreement etc..)

So My question is that...Is that normal... because at website they particularly mentioned provide all original documents..

Any comments please...
