i am cureently into the 3rd year of my 5 yreea family permit visa
unfortunatley for me
the relationship broke down and i have been in the uk since

although since that happened i have met someone else who is also exercising eea treatey rights and we have benn together for the last 2 and a half years living together as we plan to get married

what do i do to continue to stay in the country and do i have to apply for another eea family permit despite the fact that the current eea family permit is not expired yet

advise please

Are/were you married to your first partner? If you were married, is your divorce final yet?

What is the nationality of your current partner?
