fast-track appointment for British Passport

Hello All,

I am planning to go through registration process for my 2 years son in few months. and once I get the registration certificate, I would want to go for fast-track passport application from IPS.

Was wondering how hard is to get appointment for fast-track application mentioning reason as travel plans?
Is this appointment easily available if I call the IPS contact no?

you need to call at 0300 222 0000 to book an appointment.

The slots are released 3 weeks in advance (used to be 2 weeks).

If you call 3 weeks in advance, you can grab an appointment.
