Life in the UK test

Post by sreepujari » Tue Sep 04, 2012 9:34 pm

Hi,

I am going to apply for the ILR in Dec 2012 and booked Life in the UK test on 6th Sep 2012.

But just concern about the time limit of this test as it is more than 3 months gap between test & ILR.

I have read on the website that UKBA keep this record for certain period.

Is there any time limit set for this exam ?
how early can I take life in the uk test ?

Sorry for the last minutes question.

Thanks,
Sree

You can take the test anytime you want it is valid for life.Just make sure you don't loose your certificate.

The certificate is the only proof you have just in case the results are not on UKBAs system. There is a time limit for the exam just like any exam .You will probably finish the exam in 20 min or less.
