6 Months Now and I still didn't receive the PR

Hi Every One,

I applied for the Permanent Resident in 5th March 2012 and I still didn't receive the PR from the Home Office, Today i completed the 6 Months, I phoned the Home office Today and the told me that My Application hasn't completed Yet.

I need Your advice about the next step.

You could write a complaint letter.
