PEO appointment for dependents

Post by my_user_name » Wed Sep 05, 2012 10:29 am

Hello experts,

I have PEO appointment for Tier 1 extension of my two dependent in the same PEO on the same date. But these are two different slots which are 1 hr 30 mins apart. Do I need to prepare two separate set of common supporting documents say bank statements or they will club these applications for processing.

Thanks in advance.

you can request them to club your applicaton but it depends on the person sitting there...

yes gaurav is right..
you can request them at entry and explain the situation .. chances are that they will allow all of you together but it all depends on the person in the gate.

i would suggest to be prepared for both situation

Thanks.

I have another follow up question. Any inputs will be much appreciated.

I could not get a family appointment for the tier 1 extension for me and my dependents. However I could get separate appointments. My appointment and their appointments are 18 days apart. Is this an issue?

I came to know that dependent visa gets suspended the day main applicant visa is renewed. So my doubts are

Are they on expired visa after I get my renewal?
Are 18 days fine for them to apply after being on suspended visa?

The current expiry of the tier 1 visa is still 20 days from the appointments for my dependent.

Thanks,
