Tier1 Depandant - Change of surname

Hi

I am a Tier1 visa holder and my wife had her Maiden name on her passport during her initial tier1 dependant visa aprooval.

Few months back she had renewd her expired passport and also changed her surname to match with me.( Her previous passport has got my surname on Spouse name column so Iindian embassy didnt ask for marriage certificate on surname change on passport renewal)

My Questions - What form do need to use to apply to transfer her visa( sticker on her old passport) to new passport (TOC ?) ?what about Change or name ? do i need to submit a seperate application for that ? (change or circumstances)
As she hasnt got a BRP , is BRP (RC) relevant for this ?

you dont need to apply for a visa to change her surname unless you really want to do it...

Only thing which you need to take care is that while travelling you would need to carry both the passport...

If you want to use it look out fro TOC (Transfer of Condition) form on UKBA website and yes she would have tp go through the biometric process and then you would be left at mercy of UKBA when they can give your visa and passport back...unless you apply at PEO...

I will apply for TOC .. i know that i can use the old passport for travel purpose but i want to transfer it to the new passport to reflect the new name and to update home office records
