ILR Specific Scenario... Please help

I need immigration experts advice about my situation related to settlement. Please help.

I am currently on Tier1 general visa and my spouse on Tier1 dependent visa. She is in India(reason being pregnant, went for delivery) and will be back to UK after 8 months and she would be eligible for ILR after 6 months i.e.,Mar 2013.

I am in a situation where I need to apply for my ILR before she returns to UK, the reason being I already have stayed 175 days outside UK within the past 5 years and again has a need to use another 25 days in December 2012.

I am eligible to apply for ILR in October 2012. If I apply for ILR in october 2012,
1. Does my spouse's Tier1 dependent visa will get void?
2. Do I need to apply for FLR(M) before she can enter UK?
3. If yes, do my spouse need to apply for FLR(M) with in 28 days in India after receipt of my ILR in UK?
4. Do I need to apply for FLR for my child after birth? Can't I directly apply to ILR for my child.

Any suggestions/advice would be very helpful.
