Newly formed Limited Company - Visa due for renewal(URGENT)

Hi Friends,
Its just been 8 months for my company has been formed and i started contracting. I guess i will have to provide the following documents :-

1. Payslips - i have this on monthly basis
2. Dividends - i have been taking this on monthly basis
3. Letter from accountant showing the above,etc.

My query is my balance sheet would not be ready by the time i apply for visa(next month) as my accountant suggested that he would do the balance sheet and any corporate tax around Nov-12

Will it be an issue if i dont show the balance sheet - How should i overcome this issue ?

tell him to make a periodic balance sheet for you. it is really important. they can make it for any period. it is not necessary that balance sheet has to made at the end of year. during the year any time accountants make it.

ask him to prepare unaudited accounts which can be prepared anytime...also please search on the forum about the other documents you need apart from one which you have listed like turnover confirmation, salary and dividend breakdown letter etc....
