Early ILR Appointment at PEO

Post by mxgee » Wed Sep 05, 2012 8:40 pm

Please advise I am completing my five year for ILR on 30 Nov 2012 but I managed to get an appointment at PEO on 17th October 2012. Please advise would that gona make any difference if I apply before 28 days dead line.

I also like to mention that last time when I applied for Tier1 extension I am made an early application as well. My extension was due on 30th Nov 2009 where as I booked an PEO appointment for 13th Oct 2009 and my application was accepted.
Thank you

As I understand it is not advisable to take appointment before 28 days. Tier 1 extension is different and ILR is different. My current status is also expiring on 29/11/2012 and like to apply from earliest date from 01/11/2012. Though this is only my opinion wait for expert advise from one of the gurus.

Do not apply any sooner than during the 28 days. You could be refused and you lose your money, but you will also be asked to apply again with new fees.
Please do not send me PM if I haven't sent you one yet.
