EEA FAMILY PERMIT

Post by montana » Thu Sep 06, 2012 6:50 pm

Why are EEA family permits so frustrating to get?At the minute they are more frustrating like a student visa hence they should just abolish them unlike making as EEA nationals feel as though our treaty rights are respected but iniatially they insult our families and human rights by way finding or quoting a wrong regulation on purpose to so they frustrate you to either give up applying again or even appealing !!!

Look on the bright side - its an opportunity to settle in the UK that is not available to the vast majority of family members/dependants and sponsors - including British nationals who have lived, worked and paid British taxes all their lives.

The laws are there to discriminate against those who do not qualify. There has to be a cut-off point. If an applicant fits within the rules, they will be accomodated eventually. Patience and perseverence is required.
