Urgent Advice Needed after Refusal -Appeal/fresh Application

Hello guys,

I need some quick expert advice in regards to my brother's refused Enterprenuer Application.

He applied before his current leave expired therefore he has been given the right to appeal. He has until next friday to lodge an appeal. The reason for refusal is a small error on our part and could be easily rectified before Friday and fresh application made. He has 50-50 chance of winning the appeal.

We need to know his options and have 3 queries:

1) Is he able to make a fresh Enterprenuer Application before next friday? He will not be automatically refused or not given the right to appeal etc?

2) If we lodge the appeal, can he make a fresh in-country application before appeal decision & then take back the appeal or vice versa.

3) If we appeal against the decision and lose (GF), will he then be able to make an in-country fresh application then?
