EEA1 and EEA2 joint application

Post by btkakisim » Thu Sep 06, 2012 8:59 pm

Hi everyone,

Me and my Dutch boyfriend will marry at 20th of september and we are going to apply EEA1 and EEA2 at 21st of september. And my student visitor visa is going to expire on 30th of september. I'm from Turkey.

Is this a problem? Will our 1 day marrige certificate be enough to prove our relationship? We have been together for 5 years. We have tons of photos and we've been also living together at least 3 years but 2 years in Turkey and 10 months here in London. We can prove those 10 months but we didnt bring anything about Turkey.

Another question is which address we should send our applications? We should send our applications altogether shouldnt we? Although the addresses are the same, there are different titles for each application. Should we write European Applications EEA1 and EEA2? Or just write EEA1 and put my EEA2 application in it?

Theoretically no problems whatsoever. It might be prudent in your case to include some background information on your relationship, when you met, how long you've been together, etc.

Send them all in the same package.
