You should be fine as long as your qualification does not expire at the time of submitting your application.

- You would need 4.0 (B1 CEFR) in Listening and speaking at least in order to meet the English language requirements

- You will also need 6 motnsh bank statements

Hope this helps.

thanks for the reply.
Actually my solicitor told me that bank statement for last three months will also be fine. So I am really confused now because I am maintaining it for three months only.

Are you relying on income or savings to meet the maintenance requirement? What is the immigration status of your spouse?

would suggest you read this section of the rules on specified evidence.

If you are relying on your husband's income from employment then he will either need 6 or 12 months of payslips and bank statements depending on what category he falls under.

A ' visa' is applied for from outside the UK. If you are applying from inside the UK then you are applying for leave to remain.

What is your current immigration status? Are you applying for further leave or or indefinite leave?

Well then you need to read the information in the link above as well as the one below-

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/polic ... a-partner/

I am not sure why you are talking about maintaining funds for 3 months if you are relying on your husbands income from employment.

Have a read at this to understand if your house is overcrowded or not:
