urgent help please

I have a complicated problem and i need to get some help please, I’m married with an English settlement; my problem start when i dealt with a company named ''uk visa and immigration'' to work on behalf of us and help with the document i need for a spouse visa, in the beginning they was in contact my wife to give advice with what we should do, so we sent them some of the document they asked for, but not the English test, I was waiting to pass it (because it takes time between booking an appointment until i got it), at this time they send email told us if we don't send the English test in only a week they will put our account in archive (at this time i was succeeded on the test and i send it to my wife which she send it too but it takes a time ''about 10days''). we was looking how we contact and to persuade them to continue working my case but they didn't answer any call neither the emails only when i find once their site on Facebook and i sent them a warning that I will tell my wife to contact the police, next day they contact us again and they made a phone call and they sent emails asking for the last documents (which are a copy of my passport ''because my name in the first passport not much the name writing in the English test and they asked for a letter to explain for them why i changed the spelling name ''instead of faical i changed to faycel''), then my wife sent all those last documents on the 7th of august 2012 and after 7 days on the 14th of august 2012 they sent us an email saying they applying an online application and they demand from us to complete the online application and to book an appointment on the embassy. ''we doubt that happened and with sending the last documents we sent to them, we think they just sent the old documents''
as you notice all the things was fine but when we tried to call them to ask what we need to take with me as a document to the embassy they didn't reply even with the phone calls and we sent questions on their site on Facebook they blocked me and the same with my wife. My wife and i keep looking on the internet we found this company is a scam company and lots of people have been scammed too.
So please all i need is to get my documents back because i sent them the original of the English test which i couldn't get another one from the council.
My wife and i are confused and we don't know what we will do and who to ask.

notice: we sent a query to the uk border agency but they said they can't give help concerning my question ( I asked them if they can tell me if they have my documents)
