Visa for New born baby in UK

Hi All,
Am on Tier1 G visa, and my wife is on Tier 4 Student visa. We are expecting baby in Jan 2013. In this scenario, Can we apply Tier 1 G dependant visa for new born baby in UK, while mother is still on Tier 4 Student visa?

yes..apply your baby visa as dependant of yours...

Thanks gaurav for your response. Is there any other special requirement needed like getting letter from mother of the Baby kinda....

yes she has to provide a letter if consent stating that she is haapy for the child ro be issued the visa as dependent of yours...
