Hi Jambo-I have another query..

My kid 4yrs old on ILR planning to go India for 4months vacation.
Can she apply for registration immediately after reaching UK? She will be away from UK for more than 90days..Does she has to wait for 12months again?

Pls suggest .

Thanks once again Jambo.

Bit relaxed now, however following ukba link has not clearly mentioned on residence requirement and it looks bit risky as well..

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/briti ... thercases/

Now my situation is to keep family away for some time (between 3 to 6months) until I settle with good assignment/job..and now confused to take a step..

I didn't realise there is still a question.

What's not clear?
