Trying to get a premiun appointment

Hiya,

I wanted to make an application on the FLR(M) - spouse of a person settled in the UK using the premium service.

1. Just wanted to know if anyone has been able to book a premiun appointment on UKBA website?

2. I got my ILR to remain in April 2012. Before that I was on Tier 2 Sponsored visa and my wife was dependent. Her visa expires in September 2013. I am planning to go abroad in December and was wondering if I can leave the UK even as she has a visa which expires in September 2013?

Would be more interested to know if someone has been able to book a premium appointment recently and what time they booked?
