Technical issue in filling Online application

Hi there

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help. I am trying to fill tier 2 extension form online. I am stuck in the section where it says annual gross salary.... and any allowances... I have tried all possible permutations and combinations to fill this. But it still says to fill in the correct format.

e.g. £ 23,473 as salary
and 0.00 as allowance.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
