Is she under 18? If the child is a minor and there are serious and compelling family or other considerations (violence, abuse, etc) which make exclusion of the child undesirable and suitable arrangements have been made for the child's care, there may be some scope to bring her to the UK. However, getting to point where the child is legally removed from the care of her parents and placed into your care would require a great deal of legal effort on your part. One has to assume this is not going to happen.

Frankly, no. You can help her by sending money but, if she can't live an independent life, she is the responsibility of her parents (whether she likes it or not!). Or you could return and have her live with you.
