Help for Application of Retention of Right of Residence

Hi,

I'm going to do the application of retention of right of residence after divorce of EEA wife. And I need guidance/help about the application of retention of right of residence. Can some of you help/guide me that how I should apply for ROR? I have got almost all required documents. But I'm confused about few things. for example that Do I have to write some cover letter with application-form? if YES, then what I suppose to write in that cover-letter?

second thing, Do I have to write the reason of Divorce as well? If Yes, then how it should looks like? In detail or just in few sentences?

And if you want to give me some advice regarding my application for ROR, then please write me down. It will be big help for me. really.
