Tier1 Extension - Driving without insurance (Unspent)

Post by shirley999 » Sun Sep 09, 2012 1:21 pm

I ( Main applicant ) and my husband ( Dependant ) are going to extend Tier 1 visa together for another 2 years by the end of this month, I have got 95 points which should be fine, however, my husband had a traffic offence of driving without insurance and resulted in 6 points and a fine of £277, which is still unspent.

What is the worse scenario we shall expect?
What other visa options is open to him if he's got rejected?

Any advise would be much appreciated.

This does not affect extensions; it's only relevant with regard to settlement.
