On tier 2 visa - change of working location

Post by orthodoc » Sun Sep 09, 2012 1:30 pm

Hi,
I am on tier 2 visa sponsored by a Nhs trust, from next month I wil be working at a different hospital within the same trust. Thought there is no change in my role or salary. Considering the fact the in my visa application the site of work was present hosp, and now that there is a change of work site shouldn't I be informing ukba about it. If yes then how do I go about it.
I would be grateful if someone can advice/guide me regarding ths issue.
Cheers.

It's your sponsor's responsibility to do this rather than yours.

you would only need to inform UKBA, as well as your sponsor, if as a result of the transfer your contact details also changed (e.g. your residential address). Should that be the case there is a "change of circumstances" form on the UKBA website.
