Hi All,

I'm applying for my ILR this month ,

I was caught by police last year for driving without insurance and got a £200 fine + 6points in my licence.

I did my CRB last month and received as I do not have any records.

I need to confirm if I'm fine to say that I don not have any criminal record in Set(o) application form?
please could someone give me advise on this.

would appreciate your great help

You will have to declare this on the SET(O) application. You will not be eligible for ILR until the conviction is spent.
