UK bank statements - 5 months - showing salary in the bank
India bank statements (icici) - 3 months - fund maintenance
salary slips last 6 months
Working place brochure
Contract from landlord
No objection letter from landlord

Scanned copies
electricity and water bills
sponsor letter with solicitor's witness stamp and sign

Documents from India
Wife's bank balance (joint account with mum)
cover letter from wife
photographs of engagement and marriage
marriage certificate
wife's passport with changed name
wife's passport size photos
Fund maintenance account's closing balance certificate (main applicant) - 3 months maintained balance of approximately £5500 originally in INR in the Indian bank

Visa was received on 28th July 2012

Can i ask,
1) What visa status is yours in the UK?
2) What form did you apply for your wife in India?

I have ILR in the UK and we have been married for about 6 months only.
If she was in the UK I would have applied for FLR(M) visa but as she is now in India, we are looking to use the VAF4 form to apply for my wife's settlement from India. Is that the correct way?
