URGENT HELP - Dependent Visa Query

Hi,

I have PEO appointment on 13th of this month. I along with my wife are switching from Tier 2 General to Tier 4.

I was assuming that for dependent's maintenence my bank statements are sufficient. One of my colleagues did send me down the worry lane by saying that the funds should be in her name.

Can someone shed some light?

You have been wrongly advised in this case. You can show funds in your account for your spouse. IMO
