QUERY REGARDING POINT 61 , Can anyone help please .

Hello everyone ,

I have one query regarding the 50000 investment for psw students , As it says in the Policy guidance point no 61 (page 10 ) " We recognise that , as an entrpreneur , you may have moved on to other activities and no longer be involved in the buisness in which you initially invested , but we still require this evidence to show that the money was invested ."

My question is suppose if now i get an entrepreneur visa at this point with any of the NQ level 4 and above criteria but if Godforbid in future if that business / job does not suit me and if i have to terminate and move on , so is that other buiness or job should also be from the NQ LEVEL 4 AND ABOVE OR IT CAN BE ANYTHING EXAMPLE: THEN CAN I DO A RETAIL BUINESS AND INVEST MY MONEY IN IT ( RETAIL IS NOT IN NQLEVEL 4 ) AS THEY HAVE NOT SPECIFIED ANYWHERE THAT THE BUINESS THAT YOU HAVE MOVED ON SHOULD ALSO BE NQLEVEL 4 AND ABOVE .
I would really appreciate if someone can help me with his please .

This is condition of initial application and logically its not possible. As far as ref is concern i will provide in due course. while i find ref
We have many senior peoples here let see if someone suggest somthing.

Also in the meanwhine if any senior member can please help with this query it would be really appreciated .

Also I would like to know that if at the times of extension irrespective if NQ LEVEL 4 AND ABOVE criteria is important or no , if we move on to other buiness if the first one doent seem to work well ,then what about the money invested , how does it work ?
what if we have invested half of the money in the first business and later stage we come to know its not working and move on, so can we invest other half in other buiness OR whole 50,000 needs to be invested in the first one only ? or how does it work ?
