Child Tax Credit & Child benefit Registration

HI,

My wife's ILR application is still on home office She has done her biometric.

I am getting Child Tax Credit & Child benefit for my son & Working Tax credit. We have a baby girl last week. My question is

Can i apply Child benefit & Child Tax credit for my daughter while my wife's ILR application is in home office? Is there any effect on her ILR application if i apply for Child benefit & Child Tax credit for my daughter ?????

And any ideas How can i add my new daughter to my child tax credit?
What documents do i have to submit to add my daughter to my child tax credit? I haven't register her birth registration. will do after few weeks. Can i add her in my tax credit before her birth registration???

I know for child benefit i have to send her birth certificate with child benefit form. But i don't know about Child tax credit. Can anyone plz suggest me how can i add my daughter to tax credit. and how soon can i add her to tax credit after birth???
