Hi,

According to the 2012 amendments to EEA Regulations, family members of Dual UK/EEA citizens cannot be able to use EEA route and have to apply under immigration rules.

Does this change has any effect on the family members of EEA nationals who just have permanent residence (EEA3) but not UK citizenship?
