dependent visa help tier2

Hi All
M here on tier2 visa for the last 1 n 1/2 year,got married in june 2012,my employer is a ceritified n he is gonna give me the maintenance letter as well,just wanted to inquire do i need to put my salary slip coz there is discrepancies between my cos and salary slip
my salary slip shows gross salary of 1384 pound per month while my annual salary on cos is 22000 pound per annum
my salary is transferred to my bank account and i have the bank sttement too
should i still put my salary slip with my cos ,will there be any problem
my boss is gonna take the responsibility of maintenance and all
is there any minimum salary requirement on tier2 for calling dependent
please help?
