Questions Re: SET(O) via T-1 [11th September]

I am on T-1, applying for ILR next month. Would appreciate help with following questions:

1. Section 6.1 of the form asks “When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK?”. I got T-1 on 19th Nov 2007, but had been on student visa here for several years before. So, should I put 19th Nov---even though the question is asking about the date I ‘enterered’ the UK.

2. I have been earning regularly, but my balance in the account has usually been around £400, because I am hardly able to save much money. Since last month (the last 45 days before application), I have kept around £1500 in my account. Should that be OK. I am here with my wife and a kid.

3. Evidence of cohabitation with spouse: We have no documents in our joint name, but we have bank statements, bills etc separately in our name. For example electricity Bill is in my name, while water in my wife’s. Should that be OK? We also have a child—the biggest proof of cohabitation—but I am planning to apply for the child’s citizenship after our ILR, rather than paying for her fee as dependent. Any suggestions?

4. Section-11(1) says: submit any previous passports during your stay. Do you think it is only asking for passports since T-1 visa, or before also?

5. I have been paying Council Tax as a single person with 25% discount. Just realized that. Does that figure in the application?

Will be grateful for response.

You've posted in the wrong section. I've moved it for you to where you should get a response.
