TIER 1 general extension with dependent stamp and maintinace

Hi,


I am applying with my wife and worked with two employers during that duration.

Q. does stamp will matter in point I
Q. for dependent should I need to provide any more document for address as in point II
Q. my wife came 1.5 year before in UK but went back to india for more than 6 month so for her the maintinance amount should be £1600 or £800 ?


I am providint the following docs for PEO appointment this week with my wife:

I. Earning/maintinace/UK experience:
1. Original one Bank statement for last 12 months for earning and maintinace
2. 4 online salary slip on company letter head with sign ( but no stamped) and 8 original salary slip form employer 2.
3. Signed ( but not stamped) letter from both employer to show my monthly gross and net salary with specific dates of credit.
4. P45,P11D from employer 1 and P60 from emplyer 2 ( as tax doc not cover exact period of point claim so I am not sure if I need to give them, also just now HMRC sent me one letter asking me to provide more tax as my benefit were under taxed and I need to pay them).

II. Dependent:

1.Marriage certificate
2. Joint water bill
3. electricity bill on dependnat name
4. Provisional driving licence

III.covering letter, PBS point printout, TIER 1/Dependent application and sponsor letter

VI. Payment:
By visa debit card in PEO.

V. English :
Already proved in last application

VI. Age:
passport

VII. Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering Degree

I need a final review for my application. Hopefully some one can comment on it.
