Dear All,

Consider source of previous earnings as Ltd. company and my Tier 1 (General) visa extension is after an year.

I am getting some opportunities for contractual work so I want to clear up before going into them and have following queries:

1. If I am the only one in the company then can I work on more then 1 contracts for the same period? Contracts are of part time and temporary in nature.

2. If my company is less then a year old then can my company accounts from accountant would be acceptable as my previous earnings?

3. Can we send documents of Less then an year old company for visa extension? as tax returns would have not been submitted to HMRC? or we have to submit tax to HMRC for less then a year period and submit paid document for visa extension?

3. Yes - You must be paying VAT per quater and you can get interim management accounts from your accountant and invoice statement from the accoutant
