FLR(M) query -please help

Dear Sir/Madam

I am posting 3rd time, so far no response. I hope some one kindly help me.

I will apply for ILR in month ot Oct 2012. My wife will go for FLR(M), as she has not completed 2 years.
Could you pleae help wiht following.

Section 2.

2.2 Is this the first time you applied for visa or extension of stay in one of above categories (including previous leave granted as fiance or proposed partner) with your current sponser? YES/NO

My wife came in UK in July 2011 under tier 1 dependent.

What should it be yes or no?
