i hope my question is clear
thanks everyone in advance
You are living in accordance with the terms of the directive. Your wife is a worker. You are married.dorian1986 wrote:my wife has been working for a company since 4 years.i have come to the UK as a student visitor visa and we got married in May.the end of June she applied for EEA1 so did i for EEA2.I didnt join her as a spouse but before i came to the UK,we were thinking of getting married and finally we did.So I wasnt allowed to work as a student visitor. Now I want to work before i got COA.Because i dont trust home office too much.they are waiting just for 6 month without doing anything.Under these conditions,Can I work without any documents because my all documents are home office now..thank you very much your advises
Ok, your question is subtly different to the OPs. If your EU national family member satisfies the terms of the directive, you can work and it would not be illegal.manojratainda wrote:ok if he can work it means i also can work bcoz i also applied for eea2 ...if we can work without c o a then why we all first waiting for it...what documents we can give to employer for get a job....
Hi Manoj I advice you to read EU law more in detail before you giving information to othersmanojratainda wrote:u cant work till u will not get work permission .....
