Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General

Hi folks,

Can someone share their recent experience with switching from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General visa? I am aware that loads of similar questions have been posted in many threads in this forum BUT would like some who has actually gone through the process to share the experience.
