Waiting for tier4 visa

I had applied for my visa in vfs mumbai on 22 august and its been more than 3 weeks now and all i can see on the tracking website is that my visa is under process in high commission.i'm realllyy tensed.I hope the delay doesnt mean rejection :cry:

I hope so too. 8) But unfortunately you would not get anything regarding the outcome of your visa application BUT the best wishes.
