Are there current delays for the Restricted CoS

I am looking at the website, and the month for August has not been updated

I called the UKBA employer hotline, but they don't seem to be aware of any delays even tho people on the forum have claimed to not receive their Restricted CoS

Any updates if you have not received any would be greatly appreciated
