I need my husband's passport back

I need my husband's passport back

Hello!

We applied for a residence permit in april 2012.

We got our coa in may.

But we need now to ask for my husband's passport back as we need to travel next month.

Is it true the application will be not canceled if we ask for his passport back
?
Anyway they can always print in a separate paper the residence permit?

Yes you can ask for it back and the application will not be stopped.
