PEO appointment - What is Proof of Payment

I have my T1(G) extension appointment next month and I will/may pay by any of debit/credit card or banker's draft.

Payment will finally be reimbursed to me by company; and thus, I am wondering what kind of 'proof of payment' UKBA provides.

Will it mention amount, location, date as well as what category I am applying for?
