Hi
My wife applied for dependent visa on last February 2012 and they refused her application due to less evidence of existing relationship. than I did appeal from UK and court send us letter for pending appeal that mentioned court has given British high commission 11 weeks to make a decision and the last date was 7th September 2012. But unfortunately British high commission didn't reply. So, court issued a letter for Hearing that is set for November 2012.
I heard, in case if we win on hearing it will take another 2 months to get visa stamp on her passport. That means January 2013. My current visa ends on may 2013 and I’m really frustrated for the long process. I think I have two choice, please advise me what should I Do.
My choices are
1. I can withdraw the appeal and make a new application for same type dependent visa, then possibly she will get her visa within a month, that cost me another full application fees
2. If I don’t want to withdraw, Can I make a application for visitor visa, and then she will be with me in UK at the time hearing
Please suggest me
