Hi

I am planning to apply settlement visa (vaf4a) for my second kid. Is there any legal requirement to have double bed room for 2 kids?

Currently I am staying in single bedroom house with one KID. I am planned to apply settlement visa from India for my second kid.

Please advise.

Yes. I am still not sure whether to apply for British Citizenship? So, gathering information from both perspective.

Are you sure that we can apply for British Citizenship? If yes means, How do i get British passport when my kid is in India??
