Delay croydon peo Tier 1 extension

I applied in person at the croydon peo on 23rd Aug 2012. 3weeks before my expiry date.

Casework said everything was fine with my application. she would have granted my extension immediately. but for system issues. so will call me to pick up my docs asap

Uptill now no update.

Opinion and any advise on this please.
